BioSITE Online
The goal of BioSITE Online is to support and enhance the students' field experiences by
- Facilitating data exchange across participating schools
- Providing access to data in the form of simple tables and graphs
- Engaging students through interactive graphs and maps to help students make connections across study sites
- Helping students gain a broader view of the field work they perform by giving them more context
- visualizing how data changes over geographical space
- visualizing how data changes over time
- Posting curriculum units for teachers and students to use online and offline
- Allowing students and teachers to share project ideas and work in an easy, asynchronous way
