Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose and Kaiser Permanente San Jose are partnering to encourage healthy eating and active living for children and families. We are inviting children and their parents to join us in committing to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables every week.

When you take the pledge, you will receive:

The cards feature our famous Kick Start Eat Smart characters and come complete with healthy, easy-to-make recipes.
Collect all 6 cards!
Fill out a pledge card and make a promise. Bring your pledge card to the Museum Gift Shop or to an event listed below. (The pledge card and form is about 2 MB .pdf file, please be patient.)
