Your contribution makes it possible for the Museum to offer high quality, enjoyable learning opportunities for children and families, day in and day out. Corporate Matching Gifts Donations from Individuals and Family Foundations Vehicle Donations Donations to Legacy for Children Award Tributes Gift Cards CDM Gift Cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount starting at $10.00 To purchase gift cards, just stop by the Admissions Desk or the Museum Gift Shop during your next visit. Gift cards are also available at select local Safeway stores in a $25.00 value. You can also call our receptionist at (408) 298-5437, ext. 0 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to inquire about purchasing gift cards over the phone and be mailed to you or to your recipient. Gift cards are are redeemable towards admission, membership, workshops, and purchases in our gift shop. The cards can be used any time except for Members-Only hours or events. We accept Visa, Master Card or Discover Card; there is no expiration date.
