Full-time, Exempt Position. Reporting to the Executive Director, the position is responsible for leading a team charged with advancing the museum’s brand and the development and execution of marketing and public relations strategies that build and increase audiences, meet revenue goals, and position the museum as a leader in informal learning. The Associate Director serves as a member of the senior management team responsible for implementing policy, charting the museum’s future, and fostering accountability for meeting annual earned income goals. Has exposure and involvement with the Board of Directors, strategic partners and volunteers, and museum staff across all departments.
